How commonplays.co handles information about you.
Effective September 13, 2026
1 · Who we are
This site is run by Common Plays LLC, a Maine limited liability company based in Falmouth, Maine. This policy covers commonplays.co only.
The RarePause platform has its own privacy policy. If you are writing to us about data held in RarePause, that policy applies.
2 · What this site collects
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts. There are no forms and no accounts.
Our host may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it suspects automated traffic.
3 · Hosting
Cloudflare hosts this site and processes request data, such as your IP address, your browser, and the page you asked for, on our behalf to deliver and secure it. We can see aggregate traffic counts in Cloudflare’s dashboard. We do not use it to identify or track individual visitors.
4 · If you email us
Email sent to a commonplays.co address is received by Cloudflare Email Routing and delivered to a Google (Gmail) mailbox, where it is stored.
We use your address and your message only to reply to you. We keep them as long as we need to handle your message and to keep ordinary business records. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share your email with anyone except those providers, our professional advisers, or where the law requires it.
5 · Children and health details
This site is not directed to children under 13. Please do not send us medical details by email.
6 · Your requests
You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete your emails, by writing to bryce@commonplays.co. We aim to respond within thirty days, and we will delete what you ask us to unless we must keep something for legal or record-keeping reasons.
7 · Where data is processed
We are based in the United States. Our providers, Cloudflare and Google, may process data in the United States and in other countries where they operate. We do not track visitors, so browser Do Not Track signals change nothing here.
8 · Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
